Delivery Terms


At Fango Mega Mart, we are committed to providing a reliable and seamless grocery delivery experience across Europe. These Delivery Terms outline our shipping process, delivery timelines, and responsibilities to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Delivery Options & Timeframes


We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Delivery (1-3 business days) – Available across Europe.

• Express Delivery (Same-day or next-day) – Available in select cities.

• Scheduled Delivery – Choose a convenient delivery time slot at checkout.


Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.


Shipping Carriers


Fango Mega Mart partners with leading logistics providers, including Sendcloud, to ensure safe and timely deliveries. The choice of carrier depends on destination, package size, and weight.


Delivery Charges

• Free delivery may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Delivered at Place (DAP): By default, international shipments are processed under the DAP Incoterm. Fango Mega Mart covers shipping costs, insurance, and export documentation, while the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and unloading upon arrival.

• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For select shipments, Fango Mega Mart may handle all costs, including customs clearance and import duties. This option is available upon request.


Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

• If no one is available, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave the package at a designated location. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please report it to our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

• We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Return & Refund Policy

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, perishable and fresh grocery items cannot be returned.
